He has helped us explore the region, and more importantly, ships
us the wines.
This trip he brings with him two luminaries of the modern Bordeaux
world.
Emmanuel
Cruse has managed d’Issan since the retirement of his father
in 1997, continuing the spectacular modern era-improvement of
this historic estate.
Marcel
Ducasse joined Lagrange after its purchase by Suntory of Japan
in 1983.
He has managed its impressive revitalization over two very successful
decades.
The Wine Café Chefs, Johannes
deBondt and Liz Bardsley,
will prepare a seven course tasters menu
